This historic mill, built in 1750, is believed by many to stand on a site with milling roots dating back as far as the 1200s. The mill ceased operations in 1856 after a devastating fire and remained abandoned for over a century until its current owner acquired and began renovating the property. During the restoration, he encountered a series of unexplained and eerie events.

One recurring issue involved a hand dryer in the bathrooms, which would activate on its own even after being replaced. The owner also reported frequent power disturbances in specific rooms, where lights would flicker and dim without affecting the rest of the building. Despite thorough inspections by a qualified electrician, no faults were ever found.

Other mysterious occurrences included small objects inexplicably moving from one place to another. During a public event held at the mill in 2013, attendees shared chilling encounters, including the presence of a 3-year-old girl named Emily, who reportedly died of tuberculosis at the mill, and sightings of a woman dressed entirely in black, often spotted in the cellar.
