Those exploring the clifftops near Fairhead should be aware of phantom that could lure them off the safe path. A ghostly grey man is believed to appear when the sea is fierce and a mist forms. But he is not a guardian – if you follow him, you will surely succumb to a watery grave. Some say the figure is an earth bound demon, just waiting to drag an unsuspecting victim in to the underworld.
