Many years ago, a great house stood in this area. Folklore has it that an angry father banished his daughter from the family home after she “married beneath her station”. Although the house is long gone, sightings of the woman are occasionally reported in the vicinity of where it once stood – now a salvage yard.

If anyone can elaborate on the story or help me to pin point where the great house was, please “Suggest an Amendment“.
