Local legend has it that people were once hanged in the forest close to this old house on the E30. It is said that nothing will grow around a particular tree and that grass surrounding it will always be brown. Residents have allegedly fled the house itself due to the intense poltergeist activity they experienced within its walls.

Locals are divided on whether or not the property is truly haunted, but it could just be one of the many (many!) properties dotted over this island that just aren’t lived in for whatever reason.
