In 2019, Cork Ghost Researchers conducted a paranormal investigation in Marlogue Woods. During the course of the investigation the team recorded unknown footsteps and the feeling of an unknown presence in their vicinity. An Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) session was taken whereby an EVP captured a voice on two occasions. A member of the team also managed to capture a photo of an orb at the location.
