Have you visited Mahee Castle, and did you have an experience you could not explain? Click “Add Your Experience” and share your story.
Mahee Castle is a tower house that was constructed in 1570 by Captain Thomas Browne, an English soldier, following a successful petition to the Bishop of Down. It was abandoned in the early 17th century.
According to local folklore, the veil between this world and the spirit realm is perpetually thin in this place. Visitors have reported hearing whispering voices within the walls and witnessing mist forming before their eyes.
If any users have shared their own paranormal experiences of Mahee Castle, these will be shared here. To add your own, click “Add Your Experience” below.
