The church and a path known as “Lovers’ Lane” in Donadea Forest Park are said to be haunted by a spectral figure known as Catherine, a woman in white.

According to legend, Catherine fell deeply in love with a man deemed beneath her family’s social status. Pressured to marry someone more suitable, she succumbed to heartbreak and passed away. Her ghost is not only seen within the church but also along Lovers’ Lane, where it’s believed she roams, watching over the path where couples now stroll.
