This area feels like a portal to ancient Irish history. Once home to roaming wolves, it also features a sacred healing well dedicated to a Saxon princess.

Local legend speaks of eerie apparitions: a hellhound with blood-red eyes prowling in the shadows, a ghostly grey steed thundering across the hillside, and the spectral figure of an old woman, burdened with a bundle, slowly making her way toward the Holy Well.
