In the 1940s, a chilling haunting on Bishop Street led to a dramatic exorcism. The site in question was a building reportedly haunted by the spirit of a young bride-to-be who had tragically passed away before her wedding day.
Years later, a young couple moved into the house. One day, a girl walking past the building noticed what she described as a “slim figure in a white dress” standing at one of the windows. Intrigued, she crossed the street for a closer look. To her horror, the figure suddenly pressed its face against the glass. What she saw was no serene bride but a grotesque, sneering visage, its expression filled with malevolence. The terrifying encounter left her shaken.
An exorcism was eventually performed to cleanse the property, but the haunting left a lasting impression. The house was later demolished, erasing the structure but not its eerie legacy.
