In May 2017, Michael O’Bhleithin, a furniture removal worker, was driving along the Ardclough canal with a young neighbor when they spotted two dark figures in the distance on the canal bank. It was around 6:25 PM on a bright Saturday evening when the sighting occurred.
Michael estimated that one figure stood approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall, while the other was between 5 feet 4 inches and 5 feet 7 inches. The figures moved from the water’s edge, crossed the road, and vanished into the bushes.
