This former gym was once a bowling alley. In the process of this conversion, a worker apparently poisoned himself with rat poison and died in the shower room. It was thought the spirit of the worker was trapped in the gym. Paranormal phenomena attributed to this spirit include a constant leak in the shower room and the owner opening up the gym each morning only to find things moved around.
