Many thanks to L. Johnson for suggesting this location.

Opened in 1745, the Rotunda Hospital holds the distinction of being the world’s longest running maternity hospital.

The hospital is haunted by the spirit of a friendly nun named Sister Sarah, who is thought to be behind the unexplained noises and ghostly sightings in the hospital. A midwife working at the hospital believes that the spirit saved the life of a baby who was blue in the face and was choking. According to the midwife, it was Sister Sarah who told her to ‘keep an eye’ on the situation.
