Bushmills Distillery

Bushmills Distillery
Bushmills, Antrim, Ireland.

This world famous distillery has been in operation for more than 400 years, and more than 120,000 tourists visit it each year.

The distillery is said to be haunted by the ghost of a lady in grey. According to a local legend, the ghost could be that of a concerned wife who went looking for her missing husband. It is said that “Margaret and George” lived across from the distillery and that George took the dog for a walk one night but never returned. Margaret never stopped searching for him, even after her own death.

Visitors and staff have reported cold spots and have witnessed locked doors being opened by unseen hands.
