Many thanks to L. Johnson for suggesting that I include Belltable in this directory. I validate all suggestions and do my own research before publishing to see if there’s any more information I can share, so sometimes it can take a while for me to process them. Site users are (as always) welcome to suggest an amendment or to add their own experiences.

Belltable was established in 1981. The building itself is of course much older, and served as a private home and then a factory. It was home to the Coliseum Cinema until the 1950s and then became a Redemptorist Confraternity Hall.

One night, an employee was securing the theatre when he spotted a woman going up the stairs and in to one of the rooms. But he was completely alone in the venue – there was no woman to be found.
