Haunted Irish Gardens & Sites

Welcome to the Spirited Isle listing of haunted Irish Gardens & Sites.

Ghosts are not just confined to indoor settings. Many of the big houses and castles had stunning gardens or surrounding park lands and they too can hold imprints of people and events from long ago. Buildings can fall into ruin and slowly disappear over time, but the memories of what happened in them may linger forever. Then there are ancient sites, battlefields and other open spaces with their own  stories. So, keep your eyes peeled when exploring these haunted outdoor spaces as you never know what went on the land you are standing on.

Remember - if you have had a ghostly encounter at an Irish attraction, you can submit your story here. And if you know of a venue that should be added here (verification needed), you can also apply to add it to this directory.
